RETURN or Exchange
Will be happily accepted in these cases only:
Item was damaged in shipping
Shipped in wrong colour or construction flaw
Must contact me with a photo within 5 days of delivery & dispatch item within 10 days of delivery at no cost to you upon approval
All other orders are considered specialty pieces & therefore returns or exchanges aren’t available, but if for any reason your not happy I’ll do my best to make it right
Measurements are in all the descriptions of pieces, please take the time to check it & make sure you are ordering the right size as returns or exchanges won’t be accepted
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted one hour after payment has been received
